Risk Security Management – Park Security
Based from the Information hut at the main entrance to the Park the security team provide many 24-hour manned security services including patrols of the park, CCTV monitoring, response to alarm activations, incident investigations, car park management, and keyholding. They also handle a variety of enquiries from both occupiers and visitors to enhance the experience received by all users of Milton Park.
The park security consists of a daytime supervisor, supported by an on-site team of officers during the day and out of hours. Additional support is provided through Risk Management’s 24-hour control centre, at their head office.
Risk Management are contracted to provide security on the park for over 10 years and work closely with park management to ensure security levels are maintained. The team also works closely with the Milton Park Police Community Support Officers (PCSO’s) who provide a visible and reassuring presence.
Risk Management can provide bespoke security arrangements with occupiers on the park such as Mobile Security Patrols, Locking and Unlocking, Keyholding, Security Guarding and Consultancy. This is supported by their strong presence throughout Oxfordshire through senior management and their Thames Valley security patrol teams.

Nuture Landscapers Ltd – Park landscape team
Frosts were recently taken over by Nuture Landscapes Ltd. All of the services below remain the same with added help and expertise in environmental areas such as bee keeping, biodiversity and workshops throughout the year.
We maintain all grass and hedges along the main road routes plus at least 75% of the car parks and environs around the park. We look after the trim trails, waterways and the environmental grass areas around the park which a lot of people use to exercise or just sit and enjoy in break times.
One aspect that we found challenging was maintaining the landscape around the car-parks which would be full from early in the morning. We were allowed to change the working pattern of the landscape staff to work seven days a week; utilising the quieter weekend periods to concentrate on the car-parking and other busy areas of the site. 
Two shift patterns were created (four members of staff on each); one works five days from Tuesday to Saturday and the other from Sunday to Thursday. This allows two things: we get seven days a week working to carry out tasks in the busy areas at a quieter time and three days a week, all staff are work together for labour intensive operations (hedge cutting or ditch cleaning).
Milton Park is an evolving site with areas of re-development, both in terms of landscaping improvements and building re-developments continually taking place. In the past two years, Frosts have carried out an additional £200,000 of landscape improvement works. Encompassing high design standards set out by Anthony Stiff Associate. We have the skills and resources to carry out these works through our landscape construction and design departments, based at our Head office in Woburn Sands.

ASA - Landscape Architects
We are landscape architects and have been based on Milton Park for the last 11 years, providing expert advice for landscape design, management and landscape assessment.  We are routinely dealing with a wide range of environmental challenges and solutions providing tailored advice appropriate for our client's needs often to support a planning application, to produce exciting new landscapes.
We are a small and approachable company with a loyal client base in both private and public sectors.  We work in most sectors, from commercial business parks, to leisure landscape, hospitals, highways and schools. 
We work hand in hand with MEPC and CBRE on Milton Park to produce new settings for new buildings.  We are also regularly involved in numerous improvement initiatives and have a key role in managing and supervising the landscape maintenance for the park.
The importance of the Park’s landscape is essential to its success.and the way in which the park operates, is perceived and enjoyed by occupiers and visitors.  The landscape provides the setting and the ambience for the many different building styles on the Park, which takesa lot of looking after.  There are over 2,300 trees on the park, 47,000m2 of shrubs and 7 hectares of grass. We work on a day to day basis with Frosts, the landscape maintenance contractors, to ensure that the standards are maintained and that the Park is always looking its best.

Courtney Buses – operators of the Milton Park shuttle buses
We have been operating for over 40 years and last year we carried over 3 million passengers on our services. The family run company has made considerable market growth despite recent economic downturns by providing safe, customer focused and commercially sound bus services for the community, local councils and corporate clients.  We have been operating the shuttle service at Milton Park for more than 15 years, starting with a couple of mini-buses and a trickle of passengers, into the operation that now moves over a thousand people every day.
We operate high quality vehicles, many with passenger information screens, and CCTV recording for security.  We can track vehicles by GPS at every bus stop to the second, and our innovative Real Time App allows customers to know when the next bus is due at their nearest stop.
We take our green credentials very seriously, and in 2002 we were the first bus company in the UK to run buses on 100% biofuel.  Our two twin decked vehicles at Milton Park have hybrid engines, and therefore run with minimal harmful exhaust emissions in keeping with the ethos of the site.
We are proud to have been honoured by our peers, winning awards in the transport industry trade magazine’s Operator Excellence Awards, and runner up for the Independent Operator of the Year having been a finalist in four of the past five years.

Calber Facilities Management Limited - geographically placed to assist all clients based on Milton Park as well as UK wide. Calber are utilising specially designed FM software tools and techniques, giving them the ability to specialise in planned and reactive building and property maintenance, as well as being able to provide a full suite of FM services such as; plumbers, electricians, roofers, handyman, project management, M & E and refurbishments.
