MacMillan Coffee Morning - Thank You!

Thank you to everyone across the Park who took part in MacMillan coffee morning last Friday 27th September. 

Thank you also to those that sent us in their pictures via social media, there was a real buzz that morning and the Milton Park team enjoyed visiting Oxford BioTrans and RM on their hunt for the best bakes of the day! 

For those of you who joined us at the Innovation Centre for a few extra activies, here are the results of the different competitions: 

 

Bake Off

1st Prize (£100 John Lewis Voucher)- Ruth Bachelor, The Park Club

2nd Prize (Spa visit for 2)- Sophie Evans, CTS

3rd Prize (2 course meal for two at The Sweet Olive) Oxford BioTrans

 

Taste Test

Was won by Wendy Stevenson, Tenfold who correctely guessed 13 of the 18 ingredients in Nikki's amazing cake. 

 

Shoot the Hoops

1st Prize (Flight in a Microlight)- Sam Coxon, Taylorrollinson with 15 baskets

2nd Prize (4 Ball at Drayton Golf Club)- Barry Ross, Crossland Employment Solicitors with 12 baskets

3rd Prize (Afternoon Tea for 2 at Milton Hill House)- Harry Moseley, Tenfold with 6 baskets

 

Guess the Number of Sweets in the Jar

Tracey Dineen, Auto 4 won the large jar of sweets after guessing 1357 sweets filled it, only 6 off the correct amount which was 1351. 

 

In total, the Innovation Centre raised £716 for MacMillan so thank you to everyone who came along and took part. MacMillan Cancer Support are there every day for cancer patients and the families of cancer patients, their support is invaluable to those dealing with the terrible disease. Together we will beat cancer.

  3. Content submitted may be subject to change

  5. If the submission is not deemed suitable or relevant it will not be uploaded
  6. Content must be clear, easy to read, understandable and relevant to the occupiers of Milton Park
  7. Once uploaded, items are subject to deletion at any time
  8. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of these terms and conditions for reference
  9. Upon submission, items will be uploaded within 3 working days if suitable
  10. Classifieds are deleted after six months of upload
  11. News stories are archived monthly and remain on the Website for one year
  12. Events are archived monthly and remain on the Website for one year
  13. Companies listed on the website will be removed when leaving Milton Park
