We all know how a good walk can help you collect your thoughts, especially at stressful times – but there’s more to it than that.
Walking improves your overall well-being and can help fight depression, anxiety and stress. Even just being outdoors in the fresh air is beneficial to your mental health.
Join the team at the Park Club on Wednesdays at 12.30, meeting at the Park Club and taking a stroll around Milton Park.
It’s a great way to socialise, meet peers across the Park and contribute towards a happier, healthier, and more active you!
