Assistant Management Accountant

Salary:Commensurate with experience
Manage Accounts Payable and Expense processes and administer all supplier and staff payments. Support the month end process up to Trial balance and provide assistance to the wider team including routine and non-routine reporting, to enable business decision making.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing supplier relationships
Controlling Purchasing Process – ensuring relevant approval for invoices through PO’s
Managing Staff Expenses process
Ensuring timely payment to all suppliers and staff
Processing all bank transactions and reconciliations
Month end duties including Accruals, Prepayment, Fixed Assets, Payroll
