Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Milton Park Management Office, Innovation Centre, 99 Park Drive

Role: Manage the day to day operational activities across Milton Park in line with all health & safety, environmental and company procedures, legislative requirements and budgetary costs. 

  • Monitor & manage facilities related activity across the Park and action a appropriate 
  • Manage maintenance programmes for buildings within the site
  • Ensure a maintenance and repair programme is in place and being monitored
  • Responsible for all health & safety compliance 
  • Responsible for environmental management 
  • Emergency planning
  • Manage major works programmes
