The Marketing & Communications Executive/Manager’s role is to continue to position Milton Park as the place to locate your business.
Aligned to the five year business plan, you will be responsible for advising, leading and implementing the marketing strategy which will deliver a coherent message to its target audiences: current occupiers, prospective customers, their employees, local community, suppliers, local authorities and investors.
Within delegated limits of authority, working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be identifying, evaluating, recommending and implementing marketing initiatives and opportunities to deliver investment out-performance.
The role also has support from wider MEPC marketing team including Wellington Place in Leeds and Silverstone Park.
Working with the Commercial team to agree a marketing and communications strategy with clear and measurable objectives to support Milton Park’s five year business plan and its brand evolution
Implementing, managing, measuring and monitoring all leasing promotional campaigns
Delivering on-site customer engagement through events, exhibitions and entertainment
Appointing, motivating, managing and briefing marketing suppliers and agencies including PR, design and digital
Maintaining the CRM system
Confident, committed, enthusiastic and a team player
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network and develop good working relationships
Strong presentation skills
Skills and professional/educational qualifications required:
Qualified Marketer (degree and/or Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification)
Excellent knowledge of property industry and placemaking
Understanding of the science sector
High level of IT literacy
