At MEPC we’ve been working on an exciting project to create a 2040 Vision for Milton Park.
With over 250 diverse and dynamic businesses and 9,000 people working here, Milton Park is a unique and special place. And we have a responsibility to ensure that it keeps pace with the changing physical and economic landscape of the surrounding area. We have been working with global master planning experts – Perkins + Will.
The 2040 team have been working with Milton Park businesses, local residents and important stakeholders to help form the emerging master plans for 2040.
An Advisory Group was formed and will continue to meet on a regular basis to assess the ongoing impact and progression of the masterplan.
Connectivity is a key theme for the masterplan, alongside others including: stewardship, identity, experience & adaptability.
The vision includes the whole community: people. People who work here, people who live near here and people that use the facilities here. We want Milton Park to play an integral part in the community.
