Book your place and breakfast and join us on Monday 22 September, for an informative event dedicated to making a positive impact on our planet. This is your chance to learn practical ways to reduce your own carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future, plus there’s a also chance to win a visit from a food truck for you and your colleagues if you win our Company Challenge!

Drop in between 8 – 10.30am to collect your pre-booked breakfast at Bee House to find out more about how Milton Park and its partners can help you reimagine your commute to work.

Company Challenge:

We’re awarding prizes to the companies with the highest percentage of participants. Compete in one of three categories: Small, Medium or Large Company. Rally your colleagues, rethink your commute, and help your company climb to the top of the leader board!

Company prizes:

• An exclusive visit from one of our food trucks for you and your colleagues
• A donation to our charity partner the Didcot Powerhouse on your behalf

An independent cycle hire and tours company with a shop in Oxford and a combination of public and private self-service hire hubs throughout the Cotswolds, Cheltenham and various locations across Southern England. Since 2009 they have specialised in offering bike hire, tours and holidays that provide a safe, fun and memorable experience for all.

Walton Street Cycles

Are you cycling in or Car Free Day? Do you need a free bike maintenance check while you enjoy your free breakfast? Local bike specialist Walton Street Cycles (part of Bainton Bikes) will be running a Bike Doctor session throughout the event.

Oxford Bus Company

Our bus travel partner Oxford bus company – who is the parent company to Thames Travel – will be on hand to talk about bus travel and the Milton Park bus pass.

Oxfordshire County Council has partnered with BetterPoints to use their app to run a free rewards challenge for anyone who lives, works or studies in Oxfordshire. Throughout the challenge, there are thousands of pounds’ worth of rewards and prizes up for grabs by choosing to walk, cycle or use public transport in Oxfordshire. Come along to find out more.
