The products are manufactured in their factories in Japan, Canada, USA (California) and Australia. Their office on Milton Park, Abingdon provides sales, marketing and technical support to throughout Europe, Middle East and India.

They push the boundaries of technology to make a positive impact on society. You will be in contact with customers from different countries every day and an international outlook is essential.
Job Description
Due to continued growth there is a vacancy for a Sales Coordinator who will be the interface between their sales engineers, customers and our production facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Order processing
- Liaise with overseas production facilities to ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide delivery updates to customers as necessary
- Manage shipping arrangements, including import & export
- Invoicing
The role is varied, working within a small office and requires someone who is organised, can work independently and is flexible to manage the varied workload.
The ideal candidate
Preferably qualified to bachelor degree level, you should have an interest in international trade. Experience in import/export would be an advantage, but training will be provided to an appropriate candidate. Good communication skills, a positive attitude and an eye for details are prerequisites.
