Signal Yard is coming to life

Signal Yard is Milton Park’s new social and retail heart – a place designed for everyday moments, shared experiences and time well spent.

We’re working hard behind the scenes, and it is starting to take shape, with independent operators joining, starting their retail unit fit-outs, and opening, and a real sense of energy building.

Whether it’s to grab a coffee, fit in a workout or catch up with colleagues, Signal Yard will become part of the everyday rhythm of Milton Park.

Now open

A number of businesses are already welcoming visitors:
• Bros Barbers – Monday to Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 8.30am–7pm, Sunday 10am–4pm
• Damira Dental Studios – Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (Wednesday until 7pm), Saturday 9am–1pm (appointment only)
• Flex Health Hub – Monday to Friday 8am–8pm

Coming soon

There’s plenty more to look forward to over the coming weeks:
• Milton Park Post Office – moving to Signal Yard, with a new, larger branch opening on Thursday 30 April at 1pm (please note: the current branch at 11 High Street closes on Tuesday 28 April at 5.30pm)
• 1885 Burgers
• Planted Plates

And coming in the next few months:
• Apollo Pharmacy
• Chor Muang Thai
• Security team
• Tap Social ‘Day Release’ – fit-out underway, with artisan coffee, sourdough, pastries, pizza and beer to follow this summer

Milton Feast has played an important role in building Milton Park’s community and we’re grateful to all the operators who have been part of it.

As Signal Yard takes shape as a permanent destination, Milton Feast will continue twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays until the end of June – helping to maintain that sense of community while everything comes together.

New outdoor spaces to enjoy

It’s not just what’s opening – it’s how the space is evolving:
• A new car park is now open opposite Signal Yard
• Landscaped outdoor areas are now open, offering places to sit, meet or take a break
