James is a chartered surveyor and has over 35 years' experience in commercial property. He joined MEPC in 2008 as a main Board Director and Managing Director for Milton Park and Silverstone Park before being promoted to CEO in 2014. In a previous role he led Milton Park’s modernisation between 1997 and 2001, and was instrumental in developing a number of well-known business parks in the UK whilst a commercial partner at Strutt and Parker. James has a keen interest in architecture and the built environment. He is a mentor for students studying Land Management at University of Reading where he gained his degree. In his spare time James enjoys sailing and cycling.
Philip is the Park’s Commercial Director responsible for leading the on-site team and continuing to improve Milton Park. He joined the team in 2006, is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 25 years in commercial real estate. He is passionate about helping businesses with their evolving accommodation needs and enjoys simplifying complex real estate issues. Philip is an active figure within the local community and can often be seen jogging round Milton Park at lunchtimes.

Tom is the newest member of the Milton Park Commercial Team and has a broad background of experience in commercial property having previously worked for consultants King Sturge (now known as JLL). Tom looks after the SME companies across the Park and is often seen visiting an occupier on one of our loan bikes. In his spare time, Tom helps manage his family farm in Woodcote, near Reading.

Nicola looks after the Commercial Team very well: keeping them in check and making sure they’re in the right place at the right time. Nicola helps out the whole team from organising occupier leases to helping out on marketing and event activity. In her spare time, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family and visiting the Isle of Wight.

Emily is PA to James Dipple and is person you need when needing to know James’ whereabouts. James’ busy schedule means Emily is involved with all aspects of MEPC including Milton Park, Wellington Place, Silverstone Park and liaising with our fund managers.

Nancy has been based at Milton Park for nearly 6 years and has been part of the Marketing Team throughout this time. Recently, Nancy oversaw the 2016 rebrand to bring Milton Park inline with the innovative and modern companies that call the Park their home.
Nancy is also a keen netballer and plays for a total of 4 teams across the Thames Valley and South East.

Nick joined the Milton Park team in March 2018 as Head of Property & Estate Management. He has over 25 years experience across a range of property types and has particular expertise in managing business parks having previously held roles at Goodman and Arlington Securities.
He is married with two children and a cat. In his spare time Nick enjoys mountain biking, listening to Pink Floyd and trying to improve his Parkrun personal best time when ‘Dad’s taxi’ duties permit.

Emma is the Milton Park Property Manager within the Property Management Team and works alongside the Facilities Management Team. Her role consists of ensuring all elements of Lease obligations are adhered to, financing is in order (yes your rent and service charge billing), occupier’s applications for alterations are reviewed, approved and documented correctly and liaising with occupiers on queries they may have. In her spare time Emma enjoys spending time with her son Charlie helping out with his school events, leading 12th Didcot GWP Beaver Scouts and studying towards her MRICS qualification.

Derek is Estate & Facilities Manager at Milton Park, he is responsible for all building and landscaping maintenance. He’s great at keeping contractors inline as he has a military background. Derek is a helicopter pilot in his spare time and enjoys spending time with his family.

Lucy works with Paul & Derek on the facilities team and lives local to Milton Park. Lucy is out and about across the Park a lot – making sure everyone is happy with their buildings. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys spending family time with her partner and three children and socialising with friends.
Business Mantra: Don’t make tough decisions until you need to. Most will solve themselves with time.

Zoe mainly works alongside Emma in the Property Management department. She contributes with the general day to day running and ensures all lease information is up to date and easily accessible. She also assists the facilities team with services billing including electricity and water. Zoe is a horse enthusiast and often takes part in one day eventing.

The Innovation Centre wouldn’t be the place it is today without Nikki. It’s a lively, innovative and exciting place to work and that’s reflected in Nikki’s personality. Nikki heads up the Innovation Centre team and oversees everything from meeting companies space requirements to operations to Friday coffee mornings! Nikki is an “am dram” lover, so regularly treads the boards in her spare time, in between keeping fit and to equal that out baking and eating lots of cake.
Business mantra: Ask for forgiveness, not permission.

Likes working at Milton Park because: My son attends the fantastic nursery just meters from the office and I love the facilities to keep fit in my lunch breaks. It is an exciting place to work and I love being part of it.
Nicola is the Assistant Innovation Centre Manager and helps Nikki on all things operational. You’ll sometimes see her giving a helping hand on the reception desk and often visiting occupiers to make sure everything is as it should be in the busy corridors of the centre. In her spare time Nicola enjoys spending time with the family, socialising and a good book.

Veronica is Milton Park’s Specialist Travel Advisor, assisting the Milton Park team with encouraging more sustainable travel to and from the Park and reducing single occupancy vehicles. Veronica has over 20 years’ experience in encouraging people to walk and cycle for health and transport. Her expertise lies in behaviour change approaches and demonstrating the impacts of interventions through pragmatic evaluation. She has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Exercise and Health and Psychology from the Oxford Brookes University.
Now that her grown up sons have fled the nest and are forging their own careers, Veronica spends her spare time nurturing her garden, growing vegetables and walking and cycling. A keen skier and food lover who now spends as much time in the mountain restaurants as on the slopes.

Paul joined MEPC in 2008 as Development Manager, having built up 15 years’ experience working as a Project Manager in several London based consultancy practices. Paul now Heads the Development Team at MEPC reporting directly to the CEO and is also a member of the MEPC Executive Board. Much of Paul’s time is spent on Wellington Place, Leeds, where he is working with his team to deliver a masterplan of 1.4million square feet of commercial and residential development.
Miles is part of the development team and often splits his time across Milton Park and Wellington Place in Leeds. He oversees major development projects at both sites and has recently been involved in Park Drive East and Park Drive Central at Milton Park.
As well as being on the go at work, Miles is always on the go outside of work, often enjoying a trip away – kayaking, skiing and mountain climbing. In 2018 Miles is running the London Marathon on behalf of MS Therapy Centre, based right here at Milton Park.
Hannah is PA to the Development Team and Office Manager at Milton Park. The development team are spread across all three MEPC estates – Milton Park, Wellington Place and Silverstone Park so Hannah is involved in many of the projects taking place across the MEPC portfolio.
Hannah is a keen equestrian and spends a lot of her spare time with her horse, competing in showjumping and sponsored rides.

The reception team here are liked by everyone and are the friendly faces of the Innovation Centre, they’re also the first people you meet when you visit the Milton Park and MEPC teams. They are the source of knowledge for almost anything on the Park and at the Innovation Centre.
