Hive Café – click and collect trial

In the research undertaken in the review of our amenities, quite a few companies said they would like to subsidise their employees’ food and drink purchased from outlets on the Park. As part of a holistic review of our amenities, we have run a short trial to test the functionality of this via the Tuck Trucks website, which we hope will address these comments.
For two weeks in July, 40 employees from 26 Milton Park companies trialled the Tuck Trucks website, receiving a digital voucher worth £50 to buy food at The Hive Café and test its functionality to pre-order food.
A questionnaire was sent out to the 40 participants and the feedback has been largely positive. There were a few teething problems in the first couple of days but these have been fixed.
Thank you to the employees who took part in the trial and provided feedback, which the Milton Park team will review before deciding next steps.
