Milton Park Post Office moving to Signal Yard as the Park’s social and retail heart takes shape
Milton Park’s Post Office is set to relocate to Signal Yard this April, marking another step in the evolution of the Park’s new social and retail heart.
The existing branch at 11H Park House will close on Tuesday 28 April at 5.30pm, with the new Post Office opening at Unit 7b, Park Square, Signal Yard on Thursday 30 April at 1pm.
The move will provide a larger, more modern space, with the new premises incorporating a cards and stationery store alongside two low-screened serving points.
Opening hours will remain Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Located approximately 500 metres from the current branch, the new Post Office will be easily accessible on foot via well-maintained routes, with dropped kerbs along the way.
Parking will be available at the rear, including a designated disabled bay.
During the short transition period, alternative branches will be available at Steventon on the High Street and Drayton on The Green.
Clare Fleet, asset manager of Milton Park at Federated Hermes Real Estate said: “More than a relocation, the Post Office’s move will bring a well-used, everyday service into Signal Yard – helping us to shape it as the social and retail heart of Milton Park.
“We believe it’s important to make the essentials easier, more accessible, and part of a wider experience that supports how people work, connect and spend time here. We look forward to seeing the Post Office in its new and larger home and welcoming its loyal customers.”
