Weekly circuit sessions are free to all those working at Milton Park
Step away from your desk and fire up your day with Flex, a 30-minute, concentrated class, designed to give you a full body workout, without being too intense. Using small equipment and rotating through different stations, you will be guided on timed exercises for each station.
This is a great class for those wanting to fit in some movement in their lunch break, giving you enough time to get back to work and continue with your day without feeling exhausted. Every week is something new giving variety and fun.
Sessions are provided by qualified instructors from Flex Health Hub.
This event is free and open to all occupiers of Milton Park, pre-booking your place is essential ahead of each session.
Flex Health Hub is located upstairs in Unit 5 Park Square, Signal Yard.
Parking is available to the rear of the building, including designated disabled bays, with additional overflow parking located across the road from Signal Yard.
Please follow the following advice:
- Please sign in directly with a member of the Flex Health Hub team upon arrival
- Participants must let instructor know of any injuries/restrictions or illness. You will need to get up and down off the floor
- Wear the right clothing, including footwear
- Do not participate if you have a medical condition that may put you at risk
- Do warm-up and cool down
- Do stop if you feel unwell
- Do check the environment is safe
- Remember if wearing headphones, pay particular attention to hazards such as moving vehicles if outdoors
- Consider remaining hydrated
- Know your limits
- Follow the advice given by your GP or medical professional.
