CrownBio Lunch and Learn Seminar: Preclinical Modelling for Oncology Drug Discovery

Event date: 28th November 2019

Join our interactive oncology Seminar at Milton Park on November 28th from 10:00am-12:30pm.

Register now to learn how to advance oncology drug development by using translational models, including organoids, PDX, orthotopic models and imaging modalities.

Why Attend?

The development of effective new anticancer agents requires the evolution of preclinical models, to provide improved clinical relevance as well as continued innovation. Learn more about the variety of patient-derived models available for translational cancer research, including the latest tumour organoid developments, and how each model best fits into an integrated drug development program.

At the event you’ll have the chance to ask any oncology and preclinical drug development questions related to your studies, as well as have time to network informally with peers.

There will be two presentations during this ‘Lunch and Learn’ seminar. Dr. Ludovic Bourré, Director of Scientific Engagement will present on ‘Organoids and Patient-Derived Experimental Models for Translational Cancer Research'. Dr Yinfei Yin, Head of Scientific Operations at CrownBio UK will talk on ‘Preclinical Imaging of Orthotopic and Metastatic Models for Oncology Drug Discovery’. The talks will be preceded by coffee, and followed by a sandwich lunch/networking. It promises to be an open and interactive event.
