You will hear from Personal Trainer and Rugby Coach, Joe Southwell on how to stay fit and healthy at work and in your day-to-day lifestyle! Take home some easy at-home and at-desk routines to help keep you and your body healthy.
Also from George Anderson, Wellbeing & Performance Coach on mental and physically wellbeing and all things health. He will provide you with easy ideas and practical tips which you can use every day!
And don't let us forget, a lovely lunch will be provided by the Wandering Feast - enjoy homemade salads and snacks on us.
