Milton Park and the Park Club are hosting the next ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ on March 1st at Park Club Milton.
This is a day to promote ‘Wellbeing’ through exercise classes, massages and seminars with a focus on improving both physical and mental health.
This time around a great guest speaker will be there: George Anderson, delivering a nutrition and wellbeing seminar.
