Anna Fletcher
Senior Marketing & Communications Manager
Anna is a creative marketer who previously worked for the Cotswold Wildlife Park, created Horrible Science kits and Horrible History jigsaws. She joined in January 2021 and works with Georgina and Hannah on all marketing, communications and events at Milton Park. In her spare time Anna plays netball, sews and rows.
Business mantra: Keep it simple.
Favourite colour: Lilac.

Chris Kimber-Nickelson
Development Director
Chris is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience. He joined MEPC’s development team in 2008 until 2014, and then re-joined the team in 2019, having previously and intermittently worked as a project manager in large consultancies. His experience covers offices, labs and industrial development as well as infrastructure projects.
As Development Director, Chris works across MEPC’s portfolio of developments, predominantly Milton Park and Silverstone.

Clare Fleet
Commercial Surveyor
Clare joined the asset management team in August 2019, with previous experience working in the property and asset management team for a multi-national property consultancy that dealt with a wide range of clients and occupiers across the country.
In her spare time Clare likes to go away for weekends in the Lake District with her black labrador, read thrillers, go to the theatre and travel as much as possible.
Business mantra: With every challenge, there is opportunity.

Conor Maguire
Development Manager
Conor is a Development Manager responsible for bringing forward future developments across Milton Park and the wider MEPC portfolio. An Architect by training, he has over 12 years’ experience of designing and delivering buildings in both London and Dublin. He is passionate about the built environment and making healthy, sustainable places for people to live and work.
Business mantra: Put it back better than you found it.

Georgina Taylor
Marketing & Communications Manager
Georgina is an experienced Chartered Marketer with a background in the built environment. She is responsible for all marketing, communications and events activity at the Park and delivering the strategy to accompany Milton Park’s Vision 2040. In her spare time, Georgina enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and travelling.
Business mantra: Focus on the solution, not the problem.

Hannah Rowberry
Marketing and Communications Executive
Hugh Andersen
Property Manager
Hugh joined the team at Milton Park in 2024. He has 20 years’ experience in commercial property, across a range of roles, both in-house and consultancy, which have included working with properties from art galleries to warehouses – not quite an A to Z but almost.
In his spare time Hugh can often be found gardening and walking, or being barked at by, his dachshund, Ginger.
Business mantra – Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.

Jody Jordan
Innovation Centre Manager
Having worked in education for 13 years she decided to change career paths now her children are no longer of school age. She ran her own business for two years before joining the Bee House Team.
Business mantra: Positivity is key.

Kathryn Andrew
Development Manager
Kathryn previously worked as part of the Commercial Team at MEPC in 2018 and re-joined in 2021 as part of the MEPC Development Team after working at a property consultancy in London. She primarily assists Chris in the management of developments at Milton Park & Silverstone and is currently working towards her RICS accreditation. Aside from work, she enjoys sailing and playing the violin in an orchestra.

Krisztina Csaba
Finance Manager
Krisztina previously worked in a property accounting for a UK property consultancy firm. When not at work, she loves to cook, bake, read and spend time with her rabbit who loves the attention.

Lorna Wright
Flexible Workspace Manager
Lorna joined the Milton Park team as Innovation Centre Manager in 2019. After 14 years of working within the travel industry, Lorna was seeking a change – she now has a role that means she can have a health work/life balance but still enjoys a varied, fun and fast paced role.
In her spare time, Lorna still loves to travel and her favourite place in the world is Barbados. Lorna also works with Oxfordshire & Berkshire Shared Lives where she offers respite and support for adults with learning disabilities.

Lucy Mason
Estate Services Manager
Lucy works with Jo, Yasmin and Peter on everything facilities and lives local to Milton Park. Lucy is frequently out and about across the Park – making sure everyone is happy with their buildings. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys spending family time with her partner and three children and socialising with friends.
Business mantra: Don’t make tough decisions until you need to. Most will solve themselves with time.

Maddie O’Hanlon
Engagement and Amenities Executive
Maddie has recently been promoted to the newly created role to support the amenities and engagement across Milton Park. Prior to working in the Bee House, she worked in various administrative roles alongside running a successful bridal hair business for the last seven years. She strives for excellence in all she does and she loves completing a challenge. She is passionate about travel and loves an adventure, climbing to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro is amongst her biggest achievements.

Nicola Derek
PA to Commercial Team
Nicola looks after the Commercial Team very well: keeping them in check and making sure they’re in the right place at the right time. Nicola helps out the whole team from organising occupier leases to helping out on marketing and event activity. In her spare time, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family and visiting the Isle of Wight.

Nikki Gibson
Head of Flexible Workspaces
The Innovation Centre wouldn’t be the place it is today without Nikki. It’s a lively, innovative and exciting place to work and that’s reflected in Nikki’s personality. Nikki heads up the Innovation Centre team and oversees everything from meeting companies space requirements to operations to Friday coffee mornings! Nikki is an “am dram” lover, so regularly treads the boards in her spare time, in between keeping fit and to equal that out baking and eating lots of cake.
Business mantra: Ask for forgiveness, not permission.

Nina Winfield
Property Manager
Nina joined Milton Park’s property management team in 2022. She is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years’ experience gained in property consultancy and inhouse corporate roles across a variety of real estate sectors, including telecoms, healthcare, office, industrial and retail.
In her spare time, Nina can be found tending her garden and allotment and enjoys cooking with her home-grown fruit and vegetables. She is a keen coastal walker and having completed the South and South West coast paths, has aspirations to complete the English National Coast Trail.

Paul Turton
Head of Property and Estate Management
Paul leads the property and facilities management team on site and has been working at Milton Park since 2019. He has over 35 years of experience in commercial property management and is committed to ensuring that Milton Park continues to develop and improve as a vibrant location of choice for science and technology occupiers.

Peter King
Estate Manager
Peter is Estate Manager at Milton Park, responsible for all building and landscaping maintenance. Peter works with Lucy, Jo and Yasmin in the facilities management team, who are responsible for managing contractors on site, including health and safety, reactive and planned tasks. In his spare time, he will either be watching or playing cricket, preferably in the sunshine.

Philip Campbell
Commercial Director
Philip is the Park’s Commercial Director responsible for leading the on-site team and continuing to improve Milton Park. He joined the team in 2006, is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 25 years in commercial real estate. He is passionate about helping businesses with their evolving accommodation needs and enjoys simplifying complex real estate issues.
Philip is an active figure within the local community and can often be seen jogging round Milton Park at lunchtimes.
Business mantra: Never assume.
Favourite colour: Blue, of course.

Sarah Huxley
Property Administrator
Sarah previously worked in manufacturing and sales for 17 years before coming to work at Milton Park in 2022. She used to play football in her younger years and does like a good game now… but only to watch. In her spare time, she enjoys a cycle ride or walk around the local parks and woodlands with her husband and two sons – or when she needs a break from her family, you might find her in a bingo hall.

Therasa Willis
Front of House and Senior Events Coordinator
Therasa has worked for many years as a Personal Assistant in a variety of companies, more latterly working in the events industry.

Tom Booker
Commercial Manager
Tom has a broad background of experience in commercial property having previously worked for consultants King Sturge (now known as JLL). Tom looks after the SME companies across the Park and is often seen visiting an occupier on one of our loan bikes. In his spare time, Tom helps manage his family farm in Woodcote, near Reading.

Tracey Tame
Receptionist
Tracey’s career journey has been mainly working in customer service and administration roles although she spent several years working for the NHS when her children were younger. Tracey found shift work gave her more flexibility to spend time with her young family. Now they are fully fledged adults, she is enjoying doing what she loves, meeting and greeting people with a big smile and providing the best possible customer service to our occupiers and visitors alike. In her spare time she loves spending time with family and friends, socialising with good food and a glass of wine or two.

Veronica Reynolds
Sustainability and Community Manager
Veronica is our sustainability guru and encourages sustainable travel to and from Milton Park and reducing single occupancy vehicles. Veronica has over 20 years’ experience in encouraging people to walk and cycle for health and transport. Her expertise lies in behaviour change approaches and demonstrating the impacts of interventions through pragmatic evaluation. She has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Exercise and Health and Psychology from the Oxford Brookes University.
Now that her grown up sons have fled the nest and are forging their own careers, Veronica spends her spare time nurturing her garden, growing vegetables and walking and cycling. She is a keen skier and food lover who now spends as much time in the mountain restaurants as on the slopes.

Yasmin Ward
Assistant Facilities Manager
Yasmin completed the Facilities Assistant Level 2 NVQ apprenticeship at the University of Oxford in 2016 and then went to work as a facilities coordinator for several of the University’s buildings. She then followed her dreams and went travelling in South Asia and Australia for five months, after which she started working at CBRE in partnership with Ipsen in July 2020. In her spare time Yasmin enjoys cooking, and going out to eat – in particular sampling street food.
