Enterprise Zone success at Milton Park

On Wednesday 5th March 2014, customers from the units at 119 and 120 Olympic Avenue were invited to join the MEPC team at a breakfast event to meet their neighbours and celebrate now the development is completely full.

The scheme was developed to respond to the high demand from SMEs within the region, seeking hi-tech accommodation. The development consists of twelve units (ranging from 1,500 sq ft to 3,090 sq ft) and has brought over 50 jobs to Milton Park.

Andrew Barlow, Commercial Director for MEPC, said: “Here at Milton Park, we are demonstrating how Enterprise Zones can provide an environment which supports a rapid response to the needs of growing companies, which in turn creates the jobs so vital to the economic performance of this region. This scheme is solid evidence of how MEPC's investment in developing Milton Park is delivering tangible results."

The ten customers, located at 119 and120 Olympic Avenue are:

Cyth Limited (Robotics)

REA Jet Ltd(Coding and marking)

Dream Doors (Kitchen interiors)

Tokamak Solutions Limited (Fusion sources for nuclear waste)

Earth Save Products Limited (Air source heat pumps)

RealSound and Vision Limited (Audiovisual supply)

Production Tools (Oxon) Ltd (High quality pressings)

Wessex Metal Stock Limited (Metal suppliers)

Northcourt Press Ltd (Printing)

  5. If the submission is not deemed suitable or relevant it will not be uploaded
  6. Content must be clear, easy to read, understandable and relevant to the occupiers of Milton Park
  7. Once uploaded, items are subject to deletion at any time
  8. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of these terms and conditions for reference
  9. Upon submission, items will be uploaded within 3 working days if suitable
  10. Classifieds are deleted after six months of upload
  11. News stories are archived monthly and remain on the Website for one year
  12. Events are archived monthly and remain on the Website for one year
  13. Companies listed on the website will be removed when leaving Milton Park
