Published on: 13/04/2016

EY will be hosting their next quarterly business seminar on Wednesday 11 May 2016 at the Innovation Centre in Milton Park for Oxfordshire based business leaders.

Andrew Hobbs, a Partner in EY’s Corporate Governance & Public Policy team, will be delivering a presentation on the upcoming EU referendum, following confirmation that a referendum on the UK’s membership of the EU will be held on Thursday 23 June 2016.

In this referendum, voters will be asked ‘Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union or leave the European Union?’

The key things which will be addressed during the seminar are:

  • What has triggered the referendum
  • What happens if there is a vote to leave
  • What implications might a vote to leave have on local business
  • What alternatives might the UK look to negotiate

  • Time: 08.45 - 10.30
  • Cost: FREE
  • Where: Innovation Centre, 99 Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RY
