Protecting Computer-Implemented Inventions in Europe

J A Kemp, one of the largest UK and European patent and trade mark attorney firms, with offices in Oxford, London and Munich, is hosting a free seminar at Milton Park focusing on the border line between patentable technical subject matter and unpatentable areas such as business methods but with some ideas as to how to present inventions in the best light.

J A Kemp will spend 45 minutes providing an overview of current patent laws and what’s possible.

The event will appeal to anyone who is involved in science and technology who is looking for patent strategy advice, not just in the UK but also internationally.
