More than 1,000 people from Milton Park came to our Christmas Fayre at The Park Centre on Friday 12 December which was hailed a great success.
People were buying the many goods on offer from water colour paintings to homemade jewellery as they sipped mulled wine, ate roast chestnuts, devoured the 3,000 mince pies on offer and generally felt festive!
This year, as the Fayre was on the same day as Save the Children’s Christmas jumper day, we ran a competition for the most outrageous jumper to win a bottle of Champagne.
The winner was: Angela Service from RPS Group for wearing her flashing reindeer jumper. Well done Angela!
More champagne was won in our business card drop, these winners were: Roger Dyer from PV Crystalox, Kim Taylor from K3 group and Stephanie O’Donnell from Allmakes.
The MEPC tombola managed to raise £200 for on-site charity MS Therapy.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the stall holders who brought their wonderful produce and products, and to everyone who helped make the Fayre a festive success.
You may have noticed a photographer at the event, take a look at our photo gallery to see if you can spot yourself amongst the crowds >>>
On behalf of all the Milton Park team, we wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
