Ingleton Wood have moved to Milton Park

Published on: 08/05/2019

Ingleton Wood have opened an office at the Milton Park Innovation Centre in response to further client demand and other future opportunities that are developing for the firm in and around Oxford.

It is a natural progression for the company following many years spent working on projects in Oxfordshire. Partner, Simon Gorst, said: “The aim is to extend our business reach through building surveying, project management, building services engineering and the remainder of our multi-disciplinary offering.

“We are very excited to realise our ambition of opening an office in Oxford. Having worked in Oxfordshire for a number of years, it’s a pleasure to see this next step of creating an office location there, adding benefits and opportunities for our clients and employees.

“We look forward to making a big impact in Oxford, its environs and the growth corridor with our Cambridge location.”

Laura Mansel-Thomas, Partner and Building Services Engineer, has a strong affinity for Oxford having studied at Keble College as an undergraduate and worked on a number of key projects in the City over the last 20 years.

She said: “I was the Project Engineer for the award-winning Ashmolean Museum renovation as well as for the landmark Sloane Robinson building at Keble College. I relish the chance to get back into Oxford and work with an exciting range of clients and fellow designers.”

The new office is located at Milton Park Innovation Centre, with good access to trunk roads and a nearby connection to London via Didcot Parkway railway station. It will lead to the creation of a number of jobs over the next few years.
