James Dipple wins Property Leader of the Year award at Oxfordshire Property Festival

Published on: 24/04/2018

MEPC Chief Executive, James Dipple was awarded the Property Leader of Year award at the 2018 Oxfordshire Property Festival. The ceremony took place at the Bodleian Library, the main research library of the University of Oxford, and one of the oldest libraries in Europe.

The accolade recognised James’s integral contribution to the success of the Oxfordshire property market over 20 years. As well as affirming his achievements in the property sector, the award also highlighted the efforts James has invested into helping his colleagues with their own goals and aspirations.

MEPC also sponsored the Best Property Consultant award, recognising the best property consultant in the Oxfordshire marketplace.

MEPC development, 95 Park Drive, was also highly commended in the Project of the Year category – submitted by SRA Architects.

James Dipple, MEPC Chief Executive, said:

“I was delighted to receive this award and thank the panel for selecting me for such a prestigious recognition of many years work in the region. It would not have been possible to win this award without the continued hard work and commitment of the whole MEPC team, so receiving this highlights our success at Milton Park here in Oxfordshire. By continually developing the Park to create the best possible facilities, we aim to ensure that our occupiers are always front of mind and we create the best environment for the optimum work/life balance.

“MEPC brings innovative thinking to its real estate. The experience we have derived from our involvement at Milton Park can be seen in some of the finest globally significant development projects in the UK at locations such as Silverstone Park, Wellington Place Leeds and NOMA in Manchester”

The Oxfordshire Property Festival draws together the very best of the regional property sector into a unique property event to celebrate the diversity of the sector. The event, located around the historical and world-famous locations of Corpus Christi College and the Bodleian Libraries, exhibits the latest thinking for the region and showcases some of the new projects which have been completed in Oxfordshire.
