MEPC’s Nancy Apperley scoops award at Oxfordshire Property Festival

Published on: 23/04/2019

MEPC is delighted to announce that their Milton Park Marketing Manager, Nancy Apperley, has won the Futures Award at this year’s Oxfordshire Property Festival, which took place on the 11th April at a black tie evening held at Keble College, Oxford.

The Oxfordshire Property Festival is organised by UK Property Forums and brings together leading real estate professionals from across the Thames Valley. The festival featured a strong line up of speakers including Philip Campbell, commercial director of MEPC, Sarah Greenwood, Head of Strategic Growth at Homes England, and David Prout, Pro Vice Chancellor of Planning & Resources at the University of Oxford.

The event concluded with the awards, which celebrate those who have played an influential role in supporting the region. The awards were chaired by Tanya Beckett, World News Correspondent for the BBC.

Nancy was named as a joint winner of the Futures Award, alongside Tom Vecchione, surveyor at Carter Jonas. Each year the award winner is selected by a panel of expert judges and is given to an outstanding property professional under the age of 35.

Nancy joined MEPC in July 2012 as a marketing assistant and since then has taken on the role of marketing manager. In 2016 she oversaw the Milton Park rebrand to align Milton Park with its innovative and cutting edge occupiers that call the park their home. Nancy also organises all of the onsite events, occupier communications and anything and everything to do with promoting Milton Park.
