Exciting rewards for greener travel

Looking for motivation to make greener and healthier travel choices? 

Oxfordshire County Council has partnered with BetterPoints to use their app to run a free rewards challenge for anyone who lives, works or studies in Oxfordshire.

Throughout the challenge, there are thousands of pounds’ worth of rewards and prizes up for grabs by choosing to walk, cycle or use public transport in Oxfordshire.

Rewards can be traded for vouchers from high-street brands, participating local businesses or donated to charity, including the Didcot Powerhouse Fund. Recent prizes have included electric bikes and European city breaks.

If you sign up to the BetterPoints Oxfordshire challenge by the end of June with your work email address or by entering the referral code bpoxmp, you will be entered into a prize draw for 50,000 BetterPoints (that’s £50!). Ten runners-up will also get 5,000 BetterPoints.

What you need to do:

• Download the free app from the App Store or Google Play or scan the QR code below if you’re not reading on your phone
• Register an account with your work email address or use your personal email with the referral code bpoxmp by Monday 30 June
• Take the Get Started Survey to earn your first 100 BetterPoints.
