Temporary Administrator

Company: Alamy HQ


Type of Contract: Temporary role until approximately the end of April 2019

Hours: 36¼ hrs per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.15pm. 

Salary: £9.00 per hour

Here’s some more detail about this exciting opportunity!


On a day to day basis you’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting research to find book and magazine titles
  • Completing forms to tight deadlines and entering data into Excel
  • Filing completed documents in the correct location 
  • Completing daily reconciliations and correcting any errors
  • Uploading completed spreadsheets 
  • Dealing with enquiries from photographers and external contacts, via email, providing support to the project manager as required


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is comfortable using MS Office and is happy entering data 
  • Has stacks of self-motivation and strong time management skills
  • Has good attention to detail and is happy working independently with little supervision 
  • Is able to commit for at least a month up to the end of April 2019
