Signal Yard is Milton Park’s new social and retail destination, created to bring together independent food, drink, health, wellbeing, retail and everyday services for the Park’s occupiers, visitors and wider community.
Signal Yard compliments Milton Park’s wider facilities which include two cafés operated by Pierreponts in the Bee House and Innovation Centre, and the Park Club fitness centre with indoor swimming pool.
Developed as part of Milton Park’s continued investment in occupier experience and placemaking, Signal Yard combines four repurposed buildings with 17 retail units across two floors, landscaped outdoor space with events space and a curated mix of independent operators designed to support how people work, meet, eat and spend time at the Park.
