From Tuesday 18 November, 11am–2pm, and every Tuesday thereafter, one of the Daily Telegraph’s “Top 13 Bakeries Worth Queuing For” will be right on your doorstep. Proof Social Bakehouse is bringing its Day Release van to Milton Park for the first time, offering a delicious taste of what’s to come when Signal Yard, Milton Park’s new community hub, opening in 2026.
Serving freshly prepared artisan pastries and hand-stretched pizzas, the Day Release by Proof Social Bakehouse van will be joining the much-loved 1885 burger truck to offer a wider array of delicious lunchtime options to Milton Park occupiers.
To celebrate the occasion, their super squishy sourdough cinnamon bun, perfectly light and fluffy with a rich swirl of cinnamon, will be free for the first 50 customers.
The Day Release van is a lunchtime treat you won’t want to miss. Arrive early to grab a free, melt-in-your-mouth sourdough cinnamon bun.
For something savoury, choose from a variety of pizzas to suit every palate:
- All the Cheese is a golden blend of mozzarella, goat’s cheese and parmesan finished with a hint of garlic salt
- Get Me a Greek bursts with cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, vegan feta and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, offering a fresh and vibrant option
- For a true treat for the senses, I Am Canadian combines smoky bacon, mushrooms and a touch of maple drizzle for the perfect sweet-savoury balance, or
- Turn up the heat with Pineapplaroni, where juicy pineapple and spicy pepperoni meet a hot honey drizzle for a fiery twist on a classic favourite.
