Looking to get your ‘Fresh Air Fix’ in 2026?Â
To kick off the new year, Oxfordshire County Council has partnered with BetterPoints to run a new rewards challenge for anyone who lives, works or studies in Oxfordshire.Â
BetterPoints offers its users the opportunity to earn points and prizes for healthy and green activities. These points can then be used participating local businesses, redeemed for high street vouchers or donated to charity.Â
The new rewards challenge, exclusive to Oxford residents and workers, will offer bonus points and prizes for every outdoor activity recorded, giving locals the chance to win thousands of pounds’ worth of additional prizes up until the end of January.Â
This includes:Â
- Daily boosts – quadruple points for any activity logged in the month, up to 120 points per dayÂ
- Happy hour ticket – users who get outside between 1pm and 2pm are entered into the weekly draw with 40 prizes available to win, including 10 x 5,000 BetterPoints (£5) and 30 x 2,500 BetterPoints (£2.50)Â
- A grand prize – Just one recorded activity before 31 January will opt users in for the chance to win a Batribike e-bike (pictured below) worth £1,299.
