
Post Office and Pharmacy to move to Signal Yard
Milton Park’s vibrant new destination hub, Signal Yard, has announced that two essential services will join its expanding mix of eateries and amenities for occupiers and the wider Oxfordshire community.
Curated line-up of amenities
Milton Post Office and Apollo Pharmacy will complement a carefully curated line-up that already includes popular Oxfordshire independent eateries 1885 Burgers, Planted Plates and Chor Muang Thai. A brand new venue from award-winning brewery and bakery Tap Social will also join in in 2026, alongside a state-of-the-art dental practice from Damira Dental.
Convenient and connected place
Their relocation to Signal Yard in the new year – from 11 Park House – will bring it a step closer to fulfilling its ambition of becoming Oxfordshire’s most convenient and connected place for work, entertainment, wellbeing and everyday life.
Visitors will be able to send and receive post, access personal and business banking services, pick up prescriptions or personal care items and even get vaccinations, all in one easily accessible location.
It’s thoughtfully designed setting includes beautiful landscaped green spaces, seamless indoor-outdoor connections and areas for relaxing or socialising. This makes it ideal for a quick stop, an evening out, meetings or spending time with friends and family.

Postmaster Zaeem Bajwa said: “The move marks an exciting new chapter for the long-standing local service, Signal Yard is set to become the region’s most exciting place to be and we are delighted to be part of it. This move allows us to expand our services and continue supporting busy professionals, businesses, residents and visitors alike.”
Accessible healthcare
Pharmacist Abdirahman Hassan highlighted the growing role of accessible healthcare: “Apollo Pharmacy has been a trusted first point of contact in the park for healthcare since 2012, providing treatment for common conditions, over-the-counter medicines, professional consultations and comprehensive prescription services. Many people don’t realise that a pharmacy is often the quickest route to effective treatment. Moving to a larger premises at Signal Yard will allow us to enhance our services, better support our community and make healthcare even more accessible.
“The new pharmacy will include two purpose-built consultation rooms and offer an expanded range of services, including travel vaccinations, as well as key NHS services such as Pharmacy First, blood pressure checks, flu vaccinations and contraception. This move ensures we can continue delivering high-quality care to everyone who relies on us.”
