We are thrilled to share Milton Park has scooped two accolades at this year’s prestigious OxProp Awards 2025, which celebrates excellence across the Oxfordshire property sector.
Nebula, Milton Park’s pioneering research and development (R&D) workspace development, was named Best Commercial Project of the Year, while our very own Development Manager, Kathryn Andrew, was recognised as a NextGen Future Leader of the Year at the black-tie event at Keble College, Oxford.
Nebula: Commercial project of the year

Nebula comprises seven striking timber-framed R&D workspaces at Milton Park. Designed with sustainability and adaptability at its core, the development replaces traditional steel with Glulam timber beams, saving 686 tonnes of CO₂. That is the equivalent of 196 return flights to Hong Kong, in what is believed to be a UK-first for an R&D workspace.
From its flexible, future-proofed design and enhanced power supply, to its biodiversity-led landscaping and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ target rating, Nebula was recognised for its low-carbon, high-tech workspaces
A huge thank you goes to all the Nebula team. Nebula’s success wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible collaboration of our project partners: ASA Landscape Architects, Barnwood Limited, SRA Architects, Ridge & Partners LLP, Cundall, Stantec, CBRE, Mainer Associates, William Downie Associates and of course our Development Manager Kathryn Andrew.
Kathryn Andrew: OxProp future leader of the year

As well as accepting the Nebula award, Kathryn also brought home a NextGen Future Leader of the Year award, which she won as a joint winner with Matt Collett from AECOM.
Kathryn’s passion, positivity and drive have made her an outstanding leader and an integral part of the Milton Park development team. She led the delivery of Nebula from inception to completion, inspiring the project team through complex design and even weather challenges to realise one of the UK’s greenest commercial developments.
Beyond her day job, Kathryn was also recognised for championing industry collaboration as Chair of OxProp NextGen, where she supports early-career property professionals across Oxfordshire. Her joint-award win as Future Leader of the Year is a testament to her talent and ability to bring people together to achieve great things.
Looking ahead
These awards demonstrate Milton Park’s commitment to creating exceptional, sustainable places for innovation to thrive, something which wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for our talented team.
Congratulations to everyone involved in Nebula and a huge well done to Kathryn on this well-deserved recognition!
