Hester Gaylard, Outdoor Fitness and Lifestyle Coach, swears by this philosophy.
Noticing that people were craving connections, movement and time outside after COVID, she founded a new company, offering outdoor group fitness classes, personal training and feel-good wellness retreats across South Oxfordshire.
Since it was first established, it has grown from a small group meeting into a vibrant and supportive community.
Classes at Milton Park
At Milton Park, we work alongside Hester to offer our occupiers the chance to get back to nature and improve their wellbeing – all in the space of a lunch break.
The weekly session is 45-minutes long and includes light bodyweight exercises, designed to improve strength, balance and mobility – perfect for all fitness levels. It’s also free to Milton Park occupiers.
Those who attend will also benefit from a delicious homemade snack and drink to refuel for the rest of the day.
If you’re interested in joining a wellness session, head on down to Building 180 at 12pm on a Thursday and meet like-minded people on the Park!
